When playing rugby you need to pass the ball behind.

Observing a game you will notice that you need to trust the mates behind you, lean on them, and give them room.

If you pass them the ball they can become main actors and score, contributing to the final goal.

This is a metaphor to keep in mind in everyday life, in a society which tends to put people with disabilities aside.
